Seeing Your Path Through the Fog
Have you ever felt like you’re standing in the middle of your own life, but something feels… off?
On the outside, everything looks good — even beautiful. You’ve checked the boxes, built what you dreamed of, and cultivated self-care practices that sustain you. And yet… there’s a fog that drifts in sometimes.
It’s not sadness exactly. Not burnout either. It’s more subtle. A quiet sense that something is shifting. That the old roles and identities, the familiar ways of being, don’t quite fit anymore.
This is the tender threshold I created The Wild Ember Gathering to honor.
It’s a one-day, intimate and luxurious retreat for women in midlife who are ready to pause, breathe, and listen deeply. A space for shedding what no longer fits, for reconnecting with your own desires, and for being in the company of other women who are navigating the same quiet questions.
If this stirs something in you, simply hit reply and I’ll share more details with you personally. No pressure, just an invitation.
A whisper of what’s coming this winter
I’ll be hosting a retreat along the breathtaking North Shore of Lake Superior — think snow-dusted pines, a crackling fireplace, steaming mugs of tea, and long, spacious conversations wrapped in warmth.

The Alchemy of Winter
A sacred descent into stillness, where every part of you belongs.
Along the wild North Shore of Lake Superior, we will gather in the deep quiet of winter. Surrounded by snow-dusted pines and the crackle of firelight, this retreat is an invitation to embrace all of yourself — the light and the shadow, the clarity and the questions.
The Alchemy of Winter is not about fixing or striving. It is about listening. It is about honoring the fertile darkness, finding beauty in stillness, and remembering that every season of our soul has purpose. Through intimate dialogue, nourishing practices, and sacred rest - and, until the stillness inside begins to hum with its own wisdom.
We often believe that our conditioning defines who we are. The parts of ourselves we hide, ignore, or call “bad” are tucked away from the world — but what if those very parts are actually our greatest gifts?
The theme? Loving all sides of ourselves — even the parts we’ve kept in shadow. Winter invites us to turn inward, to slow down, and to honor the darkness as fertile ground for what’s to come. In that stillness, lies our deepest happiness.
This retreat will be about more than rest. It’s about gathering in the deep quiet of winter, embracing both light and shadow, and remembering that every season of ourselves belongs.
🌙 If you feel drawn to this, now is the perfect time to join my Whisper List. You’ll receive behind-the-scenes glimpses as I shape this gathering, pre-retreat transmissions, early (early!) bird access, and even the chance to share your own input as the vision comes alive.
